What is Reiki
Reiki was introduced in the early 20th century by Japanese monk Mikao Usui. The Japanese word Reiki translates as “universal life-force energy”. It encourages emotional and physical healing.
Reiki heals the mind, body, and spirit.
Reiki sessions can be done in person, or over a distance (time and space are irrelevant). For a distance healing session, the after effects that are experienced are consistent with in person sessions. Reiki does not differentiate.
Reiki Healing for Animals
Reiki Transmission
Anything can receive Reiki energy. People, animals, plants, musical instruments (to tune the instrument to the player). Reiki does not differentiate material form. It loves everything! How often can my pet get Reiki sessions?
Owners bring their pets in because they are concerned about a particular issue. Once we have diagnosed the primary issue using our intuitive reading skills, we can intuit and prescribe further treatments if needed, and schedule accordingly.
What to expectBefore the session
The intention lets us know if the issue is with the mind, body, or spirit of your friend. The proper intention allows us to understand if we are dissolving your pet's traumatic experiences, assessing why it's not bonding with other animals, or helping in controlling their aggression.
During the Session
Note: all sessions are done in the highest good.
After The Session
Each animal responds differently to the energy. They may feel peaceful, relaxed, relieved, fatigued, or energized. And that may change with each session. We ask that you allow a period of time after the session for your furry friend to acclimate.
